Access to and use of our Web Site and the sale and purchase of products from the Site are governed by the terms and conditions of use and the terms and conditions of business (together "terms and conditions") set out below.

Terms & Conditions of Business

1. Sale and Purchase

Terms and conditions are governed by English Law and govern the business relationship between the seller and buyer (consumer).

a) The contract in respect of the products supplied by us to you comes into existence when your order has been accepted by us and you have received e-mail confirmation.

b) When you submit your order, you agree to our Terms and Conditions.

c) Minimum value of order is 6 pounds.

d) In Stock´ is only an indication on the availability of an item, not a guarantee.

2. Price

a) All prices are quoted in pounds Sterling and are final.

b) Prices can change within the time. The listed price of products at the time of your order is valid, subsequent changes do not affect the price of your order.

c) If customer lives in a place that isn´t in EU, any eventual customs fees will be included in the price of order.

d) All product prices are exclusive of delivery and packaging, unless otherwise stated. Details of our delivery charges are found in our "Delivery" section.

3. Payment

You have the choice of several payment options

a) PayPal

PayPal is on-line payment service that allows you to pay safety, quickly and easily at online stores – and it´s free. Register and use PayPal by opening PayPal account. Link your bank account or credit card to your PayPal account and you can pay trough PayPal.

4. Passing of property and risk

We will retain the property in the products until full payment has been made by you and has been received by us. The risk in the products will pass to you on delivery.

5. Delivery

We will notify you by email that we have dispatched your order. Standard delivery time is within 6 – 8 business days. In Ireland it is 8-10 business days. We cannot be responsible for delays in the delivery caused by our suppliers, or any other third party. Our products are sent by courier GLS or Hermes.

If you were not at home at the first delivery, please contact the courier for second delivery.

6. Acceptance

Please, inspect products after their receipt. If you see that the package was damaged during transport you can decide not to accept the package, or to open it with the employee of the delivery service.

If the goods are damaged, write a report about damage during transportation.

If the package is fine, but the goods were damaged, please don´t hesitate to contact us. We recommend that any complaint should be writing and you can include photographs of damaged goods if possible. You have the right to cancel your contract in accordance with paragraph 8 below.

If you find the goods in good safety you don´t need to take more action but we will consider the products being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their purpose, and may not accept any rejection or cancellation at a later date. Your statutory customer rights are not affected.

7. Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel your contract with us at any time before the expiry of 14 working days from the day after the date of delivery of the products. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us at

You must write in text a clear statement of termination of contract. Send it by post , fax or e-mail. You can use the form for withdrawal from the contract, which can be found HERE, but it is not required to use it.

8. Right to cancel by us

We reserve the right to cancel the order if:

  • we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered

  • we cannot obtain payment

  • a product, price, or offer description fault has been identified

  • we do not deliver to your area

If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 14 days of your order.
